Review: The dimensions were perfect for my 22″ screen (1680×1050). Pen and tablet feel like heaven or like pen on paper (Not too smooth nor too rough). I was a little hesitant between the small and medium ($100 different) but a Wacom tablet is meant to be use for years, I know great artists who still use their Intuos2s, so might as well starve for a month and buy the medium.
